Our new Real Schools Director – Ryan Martin

We’re incredibly excited to announce that Ryan Martin will be joining the Real Schools team as a Director in 2016.  Ryan comes as the 2014 NT Principal Of The Year and continues our commitment to provide critical friends to schools through partnership who have actually sat and succeeded “in the big chair”.

Click on the preview above to see our 4-minute video introduction of Ryan and the immense expertise he’s bringing to Real Schools.

Ryan will be developing Partnerships with new schools across Australia in our existing themes of Cultural Leadership, Teacher Practice and Restorative Practices.  But further, Ryan is determined to bring his research in Staff Wellbeing and Literacy Change to the forefront of our Partnerships.

Ryan has even written a White Paper titled “The Teacher Wellbeing Tipping Point : A Call To Action” and you can get a free copy by emailing Ryan at ryan@realschools.com.au

We welcome Ryan and encourage all of you, as current and prospective Partners, to make full use of his laid back style and his cutting edge approach to school improvement.

Welcome aboard, Ryan!
