Winter School Culture Conferences – Registrations Open!

A quick question … would a vastly improved, or even transformed, School Culture be worth the investment of two freezing days amidst the mid-year break?

Well, we’re incredibly excited to be bringing the School Culture Conference to three Australian cities this winter.  After a phenomenal response to the original Melbourne pilot in January, we’re now taking this critical message to Melbourne, Canberra and Launceston in your mid-year break.

  • Melbourne – Tuesday 28th & Wednesday 29th June 2016 at Rydges St.Kilda.
  • Canberra – Thursday 7th July & Friday 8th July 2016 at the Hedley Beare Centre for Teaching and Learning.
  • Launceston – Tuesday 12th July & Wednesday 13th July at Launceston Church Grammar School.

You can register immediately via our easy-to-use EventBrite sites:

Secure your place now so you don’t miss out.

“So what’s this School Culture Conference all about?”  Day One is with acclaimed School Principal and School Wellbeing Expert, Ryan Martin, who will work your backside off through a day titled “ Getting Real About Staff Wellbeing.
Day Two is with School Principal and Behaviour/Bullying Expert Adam Voigt and addresses the elephant in the classroom –  just what really can be done in our quest of “Leading Whole School Behaviour Improvement”.
It’s time that you were supported with these critically important cultural components and we intend to do it right.

You can register for both days at a discounted rate or enjoy one day or the other.  We want you to drive your experience here.

Shortly, we’ll be sending out the new Conference Prospectus to all our valued contacts.  So this is just a little heads up to give you the chance to get in first – places are deliberately limited to ensure a productive adult learning environment.

We’ll see you there … with the heating on!

Welcome to the tribe!

It’s always exciting when a new school decides that their path the School Improvement will be made more easy and productive through a Real Schools Partnership.

This week, we welcome Heritage College to the tribe.  Principal Rhonda Belson and her team have chosen Restorative Practices for their 3-year Elite Partnership and we can’t wait to get started in working with this enthusiastic and ambitious team.

If Partnership sounds like something that would work for you, check out our dedicated Partnership Webpage where you can find out everything you need to fan the flames of interest at your school.
